By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Nouva.

1. Services

Nouva provides AI-based business automation tools, including AI receptionists, chat systems, and related communication services. Nouva is not a substitute for professional or human judgment; you remain responsible for your business decisions.

2. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to maintain its security. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Fees and Payments

Fees are displayed at purchase and may recur monthly or annually depending on your plan. All payments are due in U.S. dollars through our secure processor (e.g., Stripe or GoHighLevel). Plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

4. Messaging and A2P 10DLC Compliance

By providing your phone number to Nouva, you consent to receive informational and transactional text messages from us.

Message frequency varies (typically 1-4 per month for system alerts or onboarding).

Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. To receive help, reply HELP or email [email protected].

We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.

Message delivery may depend on your mobile carrier; we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must ensure that any outbound messages you send through Nouva’s platform comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and A2P 10DLC requirements, including proper consent and opt-out mechanisms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Nouva to send spam, fraud, or illegal content;

Interfere with system security or users;

Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Services without permission.

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, trademarks, and technology provided by Nouva remain the property of Nouva LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services while compliant with these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

Services are provided “as is.” Nouva makes no warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free performance. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, access to Services ceases immediately. Outstanding fees remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in Utah County courts.
